Real Estate Disclosure

Attorney review notice: This disclosure explains our business model in plain language. Final wording should be reviewed by a North Carolina real estate attorney before this website goes live.

We Are Real Estate Investors, Not Your Agent

Hello Home Buyers is a real estate investment and property acquisition business. We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker, and we are not automatically acting in a fiduciary capacity on your behalf.

We May Have a Financial Interest in the Transaction

As a buyer or investor, we have a financial interest in any property we agree to purchase. Our goal is to reach an offer that works for both parties, but you should understand that we are negotiating as a principal, not as your representative.

How We May Structure a Purchase

Depending on the transaction, we may:

  • Purchase the property directly ourselves
  • Bring in a financial partner to help complete the purchase, on some transactions

The exact structure of any transaction will be set out in the signed purchase agreement and handled according to applicable North Carolina law.

Consider Independent Advice

Before signing any agreement, you may wish to consult:

  • A real estate attorney
  • An accountant or tax adviser
  • A licensed real estate professional

We encourage you to read any agreement carefully and ask questions before signing. You are never obligated to accept an offer or sign an agreement.

Every Transaction Is Subject to the Written Agreement

Nothing discussed verbally or in preliminary conversations is binding. Only the terms of a signed, written purchase agreement govern a transaction.

Questions

If you have questions about how a specific transaction may be structured, please ask us directly before signing anything. Contact us at lewis@hellohomebuyers.net or (704) 312-0397.
