About Hello Home Buyers

A real estate investment and property acquisition business focused on North Carolina.

Who We Are

Hello Home Buyers is a real estate investment and property acquisition business. We work directly with homeowners who may want or need to sell a property without going through the traditional estate-agent or Realtor process.

We are not presenting ourselves as traditional real estate agents. We are property buyers and real estate investors. We speak directly with property owners, understand their situation, assess the property, and make an offer based on the property's condition, location, market value, repair requirements, and the seller's circumstances.

How We Structure Transactions

Depending on the deal, we may purchase a property ourselves, and on some transactions we bring in a financial partner to help complete the purchase. The exact structure depends on the transaction and will always be set out in the signed purchase agreement.

For a full explanation of how this works, see our Real Estate Disclosure page.

Focused on North Carolina

Our current primary market is North Carolina, including the following areas and surrounding communities.

Durham Gastonia Hickory Mount Holly Morganton Bessemer City Rougemont Valdese Claremont Charlotte area

We plan to add more cities, counties, and states as our service area grows.

The People Behind Hello Home Buyers

A small, direct team — no call centers, no middlemen.

Lewis

Lewis handles property acquisitions — speaking with sellers, understanding each property and situation, negotiating terms, presenting offers, and helping move accepted offers toward contract.

Matt

Matt is an investor and business owner, working alongside Lewis to help make sure every property we take on has the right funding in place to get to closing.

Our Values

Transparency

We aim to explain our process clearly, including how we may profit from a transaction.

No pressure

There is never an obligation to accept an offer we present.

Every situation is different

We treat each property and seller's circumstances individually rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
